We were originally introduced to this project through one of our previous customers looking to purchase this house. They didn't go through with the purchase. Not long after that, the new/current homeowners contacted us. They had the same concerns as the previous homeowners.
After a site visit and the same proposal, but with a new name, we addressed the slightly bowed wall and seepage issues.
We installed WaterGuard XL, TripleSafe, SaniDry XP and Reinforcer. As you can see in the pictures, we went around the water tank and in front of the door with TrenchDrain, just to be sure that there wouldn't be any issues with water coming from another source.
Our homeowners here were great to work with. It's funny how things turn out. We wish them the best with their new home!

The homeowners were having an issue with a crumbling foundation and dampness due to a dirt crawlspace. We repaired the foundation, added an entry door to the crawlspace and installed Cleanspace and Silverglo.
We arrived to 5" of water on the floor but when we left it was completely dry and with our work it will remain dry! We installed a SuperSump and 60' of FlowGuard. The combination of these two products ensures that any water that tries to get into the basement will be drained and pumped outside. To make sure the moisture in the air was under control as well, we also installed a SaniDry XP in an adjacent room.
