Girder Issue
This home already had a SaniDry XP. We were servicing the unit when the girder issue was noticed by our service tech. In most cases these types of problems aren't noticed because of the lack of traffic in the crawl spaces.
Girder Removal
It was a one-day project to remove approximately 20' of 2" X 8" girder and replace it with a 2" X 10" pressure treated girder.
Girder Replacement Project
We also filled the existing piers to create a more structurally sound foundation for the new lumber to be supported by.
