Homeowner's Attempt to Seal a Foundation Crack
This is a photo of the large crack in this foundation that had not been fixed even with the homeowner's attempt using a product that can be purchased at any local home improvement store.
Our Solution Was a Polyurethane Sealant
Here, you can see the injection foam has expanded and filled all of the voids in the wall. This is a more durable, long lasting solution to any foundation crack.
The Clean-up Process
Once we sealed the crack, we were able to clean up the excess and create a more professional looking result. Now, there will be no water seeping through which will keep the basement dry.
