I have an issue with moisture in my basement which causes a persistent bad odor. I have two dehumidifiers and a fan going, but that is not enough. I had the walls water proofed, but water seems to get in somehow after every rain. I do not have a sump pump. The basement is of masonry construction with the back of it downhill from the backyard and water is getting in there despite drainage in the back of the house. I would appropriate it if you would give me an estimate. Thank you.
