I live in a bi-level home in Hampton Twp. I was in the process of renovating my downstairs family room/extra bed room and I took off the wood paneling and noticed some of the dry wall had looked like it had water damage at some point. There is/was always an "odor" there too. Upon removing the drywall, we found that the cinder blocks were moist and there was mold/mildew growing on the blocks/behind the drywall. The problem needs to be fixed before I can have the work completed. I wanted someone to come out and give me an idea of the best course of action to remedy the problem. Thank you.
