Does you company do any foundation/structural repair? The foundation block wall on the right side of my garage has sunken and shifted (likely due to poor water management)and needs to be repaired. It is clear that the foundation has shifted, as the wood framing of garage and bonus room above garage are not level. Thank you!

At the corner the slab foundation is wet and wearing away. A leak in the water service line was repaired so that possible source has been eliminated. The water is bubbling through a small hole in the wall and flowing into the french drain but is not flowing away. The slab remains wet. When the water wet the carpet, I discovered the previous owner had covered the area with a putty-like paint that has worn away.
