If you look on the wall in this picture you can see a water stain on the block about two inches up and dampness at the floor joint. After we are done here this homeowner will never have to worry about getting water in their basement ever again!
During
Here you can see the trench we broke out around the perimeter. We will place our WaterGuard system as well as gravel in the trench in order to create a path of least resistance for the water. This will allow for the water to flow through our system and into our SuperSump which will take the water out of your house, instead of having that water end up on your basement floor.

Checking for Pitch
We always check to make sure our WaterGuard systems have pitch going towards the basin to allow for the water to flow into the basin and out of the home!
