This crack had been leaking for a long time when we got the call. The homeowner was relieved knowing we were going to take care of the problem.

Before

Here you can see the water staining on the wall and the floor as a result of water leaking from the crack.

During

Here you can see the urethane injection foam penetrating the wall, filling the voids, and coming back out through the crack for a complete and total seal.

After

Here you can see the foam has been cleaned up and the wall has been properly sealed. This leaky wall crack will no longer be a problem for this homeowner!

We arrived to 5" of water on the floor but when we left it was completely dry and with our work it will remain dry! We installed a SuperSump and 60' of FlowGuard. The combination of these two products ensures that any water that tries to get into the basement will be drained and pumped outside. To make sure the moisture in the air was under control as well, we also installed a SaniDry XP in an adjacent room.
