Sean Ryan and his company, Century Masonry and Waterproofing, injected a few cracks in our basement using the polyurethane injection method in September 2013 to ensure we would not get water in our basement. They also blocked in one of our windows. From the first time I spoke with Sean I liked him - as it turns out, I was right! Before scheduling the work, he came to our house twice. I told him we planned to sell our house the following year so the 5 year warranty which he provides and is transferable was something we were interested in. In April 2014 we sold our house and subsequently had the home inspection in May which showed high moisture content near one of the cracks in the foundation. He spent a couple of hours with us and also re-injected the crack to ensure no leaks would occur. Sean confirmed that the warranty would NOT be an issue should a leak occur in the future.
