Basement with humidity and moisture problems
The home is situated on a very flat property causing the basement to take on minor flooding. You can also see the damage to the windows which allowed insects and water in.
Wet Basement
You can see here the water that had come into the basement.
Waterproofing solution
You can see here we blocked in the windows so that the grade outside could be elevated. We also installed Draintile and CleanSpace around the perimeter.
Installation of a Triplesafe and SaniDry Sedona
You can see in this picture that the window was above grade so we installed glass blocks. It will allow light, but keep out the elements. We also installed a TripleSafe sump pump and the final piece to the project was a SaniDry Sedona. We installed it and drained it into the system.
